By creating an account on Barrio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are signing up on behalf of an organization (HOA, condo corporation, property management company), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Barrio provides a cloud-based property management platform for Philippine residential and commercial communities, including billing, payment tracking, visitor management, maintenance, and communication tools.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Barrio. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, infrastructure provider outages, or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

Barrio is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
